I called Custom Fireplaces and More where we purchased a gas fireplace last year. I called to ask about lighting my fireplace in the case of a power outage. Larry answered my call and after I told him what I wanted to know he ask if I would like to FaceTime. We did and Larry walked me through the process of how to do what I needed. We have a remote control gas fireplace in our bedroom. It started randomly beeping one night when it hadn't been used since last winter. We called the store to schedule service after we powered it off. Long story short, we had a service call scheduled with Larry so we sent him a picture of the equipment bay below the firebox so he would know exactly what fireplace we had. He arrived on time with all the parts that could possibly cause our problem. He knew the system well and spent less than an hour isolating the problem. He fixed it and it has worked perfectly since.
